Between December 5, 2022 and the end of March 2023, works by Pardiss Amerian, Shannon Garden-Smith, Jana Ghalayini, Joyce Joumaa, Sofia Mesa, Arvo Leo, Garrett Lockhart, Bea Parsons, and Suzanna Zak will filter in and out of joys for dawn draws, dusk drops–a protracted exhibition exploring solar dependence, seasonal shifts, and celestial currents.
Rather than a single installation, the exhibition will unfold in stages, facilitating a handful of pointed conversations with engaged guests.
The exhibition opened with a dialogue between Shannon Garden-Smith and Jana Ghalayini exploring qualities of sunlight, charged objects, and embodied practice.
